The controls are intuitive; the 4 line display is large and clear; the casing protects for years of use against moisture and dust, and has a rubberised end-piece for lens protection when dropped. No longer do you have to remember measurements, as the memory in the A3 will enable storage of the last 19 measurements. Using standard AAA batteries you get approx 5000 accurate measurements.
